About Mrs. Benedict

I student taught in Garden Grove during the 2001 - 2002 school year, and I have been teaching in the district ever since! I have previously taught fifth grade, fourth grade, and first grade, and I have loved every age group! However, I especially enjoy 5th grade. I have been teaching GATE at Allen School since 2005.

I received my BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Fullerton, in 2001.

I earned my credential in 2002 from CSUF.

In 2005, I earned my MS in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Technology from California State University, Fullerton. I also earned an Outstanding Master's Recipient award.

I live in Huntington Beach with my husband, our son, Geoffrey, and our dog, Belle.
