Public Hearing for Easement at Pacifica High School

In accordance with Education Code section 17558, the Governing Board ("Board") of the Garden Grove Unified School District ("District") will hold a public hearing to determine if it is in the best interest of the District to adopt the Resolution to Dedicate an Easement for a portion of Pacifica High School along Knott Street to the City of Garden Grove for right turn pocket improvements.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove Partnering with Garden Grove Unified School District in Grant Application

Notice: Garden Grove Unified School District and Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove intend to jointly apply for 21st Century Community Learning Center funding for fourteen elementary and intermediate schools: Bryant, Irvine, Lake, Russell, Warren, Fitz, Clinton, Simmons, Excelsior, Alamitos, Faylane, Jordan, Woodbury, and Peters. This funding would expand the current After School Education and Safety (ASES) programs located on each of these campuses. Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) honored 519 employees for their years of service at the 29th Annual Employee Recognition Program on December 6th at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center.  Four GGUSD employees earned a special recognition for dedicating 40 years to the district.
