The Maintenance Center is subdivided into three categories: Maintenance, Operations, and Transportation. There are ten departments within our Maintenance Center that work hard behind the scenes to meet the needs of GGUSD. We take great pride in the teamwork effort put forth by all of our employees to reach our common goal of providing a safe, comfortable environment for our students and staff to learn and work in.The Maintenance Center employs approximately 294 employees at it's facility. We provide services to 45 elementary schools, 9 intermediate schools, 8 high schools, 2 special education schools, and 2 leased schools in our district. Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the school year and 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the summer when school is not in session.
We are located at 8211 Lampson Ave. between Beach Blvd. and Dale St. approximately 2-1/2 miles north of the Garden Grove (22) Freeway. Click here
