On the evening of March 13th, Garden Park Elementary School held their annual Family Reading Night. Parents, students, siblings, and teachers arrived around 06:30 pm to enjoy an evening of reading, popcorn, relaxing, and winning literature books.  Our guests came in their comfortable evening attire and several books.

We were pleased to see over fourty-two families participate in this worthwhile activity.  Reading should be fun, shared with those you love, and meaningful.  When a child can read, they have the key that will open many of the doors they will face in the future.
