Students who choose to participate in this club have the opportunity to compete in athletic events against other Boys and Girls Club organizations from other intermediate schools.  The various sports include flag football, volleyball, basketball (boys and girls), baseball and softball through the RBI program which promotes baseball in the inner city and is heavily funded by Major League baseball.  Within this organization is the Torch Club which is their version of ASB.  The club closes the year with a dance/celebration.  If you're looking for fun place to be after school, check out Boys and Girls Club.  Any questions can be directed to Mr. Joe at irvine@bgcgg.org.
