believe that all students should participate in an
academically focused curriculum which is challenging and
enables all students to achieve. This compact shows how
we will share the responsibility for improved student
academic achievement. The following activities will
develop a partnership to help students achieve.
As a student I will:

Complete all class work and homework to the best of my

As a family we will:

to our child regularly about school.

Communicate with the school when we have concerns.

Support our child’s learning by making sure they attend
school every day, on time, and with homework completed
to the best of their ability.

Support the school’s discipline and dress code.

Work
closely with the classroom teachers to ensure the
success of our children.

Provide a quiet time and place for homework.
·
Communicate regularly through conferences, parent
education programs, Back to School Night, Open House,
and observation.
As a school staff we will:

Provide high quality standards-based curriculum and
instruction.

Communicate high expectations for every student.
·
Provide an atmosphere that fosters learning, provides
opportunities for success, and helps develop
responsible, caring, independent students.

Recognize the various cultural diversities within the
school community.

Explain expectations, instructional goals, and grading
systems to students and families.

student’s progress and participate in meetings.
