GGUSD to Host College Fair at Great Wolf Lodge

Students meet with recruiters at annual College Fair.

Garden Grove Unified School District will host a 2018 College Fair on Monday, October 8 to give high school juniors and seniors an opportunity to meet with recruiters and admissions officers from more than 100 colleges, including in-state and out-of-state universities.

The College Fair will take place on October 8 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the Great Wolf Lodge (Redwood Ballroom), 12681 South Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove

“We want our students to have exposure to as many college choices as possible so that they can make an informed decision that will propel them to lifelong success,” said Dina L. Nguyen, Board of Education trustee. “The College Fair is a great opportunity to get face time with recruiters from major universities and the fair makes it easy for students to get their questions answered all in one evening”

GGUSD high school counselors will also be on hand to answer questions and help provide students with guidance about the college application and admissions process.
