2021-2022 Meal Service Program
The Food Services Department is excited to begin the new school year with your students!
For the second year, GGUSD continues to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a non-pricing meal service option to all students. For the new school year 2021/2022, all breakfast and lunch meals are served at all school sites at no charge to all students regardless of income.
Parents/Guardians do not need to complete a School Meal Application, instead, parents must submit the School Funding Data Collection Form. This information will allow the district to maximize school funding provided by the State of California for educational purposes. This information will not be shared or utilized for any other purpose.
The fastest and easiest way is to complete the on-line form at http://ggusd.us/mealincomeform
Paper School Funding Data Collection Form is also available in the Food Services Office at 10331 Stanford Avenue, Building B, Garden Grove, CA 92840, and at your child’s school office by July 1st. Please complete and submit the form by September 30, 2021.
Only one form per household is needed.
Paper School Funding Data Collection Form may be mailed or dropped off at the school site or the Food Service Office.
Student meal accounts that have money may be refunded or donated. Money can also stay on the account for additional a la carte items served at schools if available. All meal accounts with a negative balance will remain on the account until fully paid.

¡Al Departamento de Servicios Alimenticios le complace empezar un nuevo año escolar con sus hijos!
Por segundo año, el GGUSD continúa participando en la Provisión de Elegibilidad Comunitaria (CEP), la cual es una opción para el servicio de comidas sin precio alguno para todos los planteles escolares. Para el nuevo año escolar 2021/2022, todos los desayunos y almuerzos se sirven en todas las escuelas sin ningún costo para todos los alumnos, independientemente de sus ingresos.
Los padres o tutores no necesitan completar una Solicitud para Comidas Escolares, en su lugar, los padres deben enviar el Formulario para la Recopilación de Datos de Financiamiento Escolar. Esta información permitirá que el Distrito maximice los fondos escolares proporcionados por el estado de California para fines educativos. Esta información no se compartirá ni utilizará para ningún otro propósito.

Đây là năm thứ hai mà GGUSD có cơ hội tham gia Chương Trình Cộng Đồng Hội Đủ Điều Kiện (CEP), là chương trình phục vụ bữa ăn miễn phí cho tất cả học sinh. Trong niên học 2021-2022, bất kể thu nhập của gia đình, mọi học sinh ghi danh theo học tại tất cả các trường sẽ được ăn sáng và ăn trưa miễn phí.
Phụ huynh/người giám hộ không cần điền Mẫu Ăn Trưa Ở Trường, thay vào đó, phụ huynh phải nộp Mẫu Thu Thập Dữ Liệu Tài Trợ Học Đường. Những dữ liệu này sẽ giúp học khu nhận được quỹ tài trợ giáo dục tối đa của Tiểu bang California. Dữ liệu này sẽ không bị chia sẻ hay dùng vào bất cứ mục đích nào khác.

Quý vị vui lòng hoàn tất và nộp lại mẫu này trễ nhất là ngày 30 tháng 9, 2021.
Mỗi gia đình chỉ cần điền một đơn mà thôi.
Quý vị có thể gửi lại Mẫu Thu Thập Dữ Liệu Tài Trợ Học Đường qua bưu điện, mang đến nộp tại văn phòng trường hay Văn Phòng Ẩm Thực.
Quý vị có thể biếu tặng hay yêu cầu hoàn trả số tiền còn dư trong trương mục tiền ăn ở trường của con em. Số tiền này cũng có thể để dành trong trương mục phòng khi con quý vị muốn mua thêm các thức ăn khác nếu có bán ở trường. Những khoản tiền còn thiếu trong trương mục sẽ không được xoá cho đến khi thanh toán đầy đủ.
