Monroe Elementary - Spanish Dual Immersion

Welcome to Monroe Elementary Language Academy!  We are a full Spanish dual immersion school.  We currently have TK – 6th grade this year.  We will be hosting our orientation meetings in December and January for next year’s enrollment.  We accept applications from across and outside of the district for incoming transitional kindergarten or kindergarten students.  Below is the application process:

  1. Attend an orientation meeting – RSVP to secure your seat
  2. Complete the dual language supplemental application after you have attended an orientation meeting and turn it in before the priority enrollment period ends on January 31st
  3. If applicants exceed capacity, a random lottery will take place after the priority enrollment period
  4. Applications that come in after January 31st will be placed in date order after the last lottery number
  5. If you are selected for the program, you will need to follow additional steps
