Garden Grove Unified School District has begun the preschool registration process for the 2021-2022 school year for both its free state preschool program and its fee-based program. Both programs focus on early literacy coupled with interactive play in a caring environment that prepares students for kindergarten.

GGUSD’s free state preschool program is offered at Clinton Corner Family Campus and 10 elementary school campuses across the district and offers morning and afternoon sessions for income-qualifying families. In the state preschool program, students enjoy three hours per day (morning or afternoon sessions) of engaged learning with highly-qualified teachers.  To begin the enrollment process or learn more, call 714-663-6298 or visit https://ccfc.ggusd.us

The district’s fee-based preschool program at Skylark is offered for all families who do not meet the state’s income eligibility requirements for free state preschool. Launched in 2019, the program took a one-year hiatus during the 2020-2021 school year due to COVID-19 but is preparing to reopen for the 2021-2022 school year. Using the same focus on academic instruction and interactive play, students benefit from music, Spanish, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) enrichments, and have the option to attend part-day morning or afternoon programs or a full day program. Enrollment option prices include: morning/full week for $450 monthly; afternoon full week for $400 monthly; a 2-day program for $325 monthly and a 3-day program for $475 monthly. To begin the enrollment process or learn more, call 714-663-6336 or visit https://skylark.ggusd.us

Both programs serve children age 3 with birthdates between 12/3/2017 and 12/1/2018 and age 4 with birth dates between 1/23/2016 and 12/2/2017.
