GGUSD to Host Roadmap to Success

Garden Grove Unified School District invites sixth through twelfth grade students and their families to attend the district's Roadmap to Success event on Monday, March 28, 2022 at Rancho Alamitos High School from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm. This special event will take place at Rancho Alamitos High School located at 11351 Dale St., Garden Grove.

Families will have the opportunity to learn about college and career planning, CSU/UC admission updates, SAT & ACT tests, financial aid and scholarships, AB540 information, and strategies that can be used when filling out college applications and personal insight questions. Each attendee will be able to select up to three workshops that will help with his or her specific grade-level needs.

In addition, special education students and their families are invited to attend the Special Education Resource Fair from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and workshops on transition services, post-secondary disability services and resources for students who will be transitioning out of high school.

Workshops will be in English with interpretation in Spanish and Vietnamese. Interpretation support will also be available in Arabic and Korean. Childcare will be provided for children ages 2-10.
