Those who have submitted Intent to Retire to the District will be provided individualized retirement paperwork at the workshop. It may be helpful to bring a checkbook.

- All required forms (hard copy, original signature) due: 10/31, 5:00 p.m.
- Changes effective: January 1
- Plan changes (PPO/EPO/HMO) are only allowed at Open Enrollment
- (except for retirees moving out of state)
