Our annual Open Enrollment submission period has now closed.
Submitted changes are effective effective January 1, 2026;
processing completed in December. 
Once processed, any applicable cards may be expected in the mail at home.

• Medical PPO/EPO: New Third Party Administrator: Anthem Blue Cross
  • Network remains Anthem Prudent Buyer PPO
  • Expect new cards for use as of January 1, 2026; present to medical providers and pharmacy. 
  • Cards not initially sent for dependent children; available digitally or by mail: Sydney App. 
• Those who submitted enrollment for a 2026 Flexible Spending Account expect email from Igoe Administrative Services in December; unexpired cards will be reloaded.
